SVN Offers:

• Access to the SVN System 4 Growth training system.
• Work alongside both new and experienced Commercial Real Estate Advisors.
•  A collaborative team setting run by the office's Managing Director.
• Assist in evaluating potential investment opportunities.
• Conduct financial modeling.
• Create marketing materials for available spaces.
• Learn effective methods for structuring and delivering compelling presentations.
• Conduct market research and identify trends.

Intern Expectations:

• A strong desire to learn and excel in the commercial real estate industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• The self-motivation and discipline to work on teams and individual assignments.
• A positive attitude and proven work ethic.
• Some college or equivalent alternative education or military experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Details:

Hours: 20 hours/week

Pay: Minimum Wage

Start Date: June 2024 - Summer Internship
